(200 words)   Kawempe Division is the largest of all constituencies that make up the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). We are an organization led by women and men who are looking after children and persons living with HIV/TB and Orphans and Vulnerable Children. Our work's main objective is to ensure housing and care through rights-based approaches. We work with different CBOs such as the Most At Risk Organization serving LGBTIQQ living with HIV. Our Eradication of HIV, TB, Malaria by 2030 Integrating COVID-19 Prevention, Strategic Public Health, Universal Health Coverage (UHC), Livelihood and Housing Stability Strategies   We are known for evidence-based, science-guided and human rights advocacy activities. We hope to cascade our work into the International AIDS Society goals, a body coordinating all HIV prevention and control world-wide.   Recall that the IAS 2016-2020 strategy impacts focused on results: Promote Science; Support Action; and Empower People.   Within each impact area, the strategy outlines 10-year outcomes for the global HIV response that are required to end AIDS as a public health threat by 2030.   The IAS has developed its 2021-2025 Organizational Strategy with the goal of achieving a resilient, science-based, adequately funded HIV response that respects human rights and responds to the varied needs of people living with and affected by HIV.   It is believed that enablers for the achi...

It is unethical, abusive, calculated to manipulate and inflate numbers. They sit in meetings, in spaces where connivance, cunning, conspiracy and commerce can go on un deterred. They throw out well executed proposals by seasoned grass root health workers-cum community mobilisers.  Instead, they prefer working with HIV Care naive mobilisers with whom they meet in fancy hotels to plan strategies. Mobilisers, who will not question orders but will follow them blindly. Even if it meant risking the life of those living with HIV or their beneficiaries who may require other HIV-related services. Exit poll HIV Programming is the in-thing and such organizations ready to do that are favoured by Implementing Partner Project Managers.
